Your order is important to us, which is why we make that your order is quickly processed and safely delivered to your doorstep.
Free shipping is available for orders over $65. This excludes drink packs (12 and 24 count) due to higher shipping costs from our carriers.
We ship items within the U.S. using the shipping method of your choice. When an order is placed, we determine the shipping costs based on the carrier costs and delivery dates based on the availability of product(s), amount of product(s) purchased, shipping method, and the shipping destination.
Due to changes in the industry environment and Covid-19, we are experiencing very heavy order volume and delivery delays from our carriers. Current shipping time is around 7-10 days. Thank you for your patience and your business.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is crucial to us and we are confident that our products will exceed our customer’s expectations. However, we understand that things happen and for whatever reason, sometimes a refund is necessary.
We request that you send us an email with the reason for the return. If it's our fault, we'll happily send you a return label for a full refund.
